Cancellation Policy Please note that the cancellation policy must be strictly observed. One months notice must be given, either written or emailed to terminate your membership. If notice is not received you will be charged for one month’s fees.
No refunds will be given for missed sessions, other than in exceptional circumstances, to be agreed with the committee. Please inform the treasurer as soon as possible should a member be unable to attend due to medical reasons.
Welfare Policy It will be necessary for coaches to have physical contact with members from time to time in order to teach new dives. Under ASA regulations all clubs must elect a Welfare Officer. If you have any concerns or any further questions please speak to one of the Coaches or Welfare Officer.
Bedford Eagles coaches and committee are not responsible for any members once the diving sessions have finished.
Code Of Conduct All members are required to read and understand, Bedford Eagles Diving Club, Code of Conduct.
